Organizing your advertising…

The lifeblood of your business is advertising, so you have to do it daily. The best way to do it I have found is to be organized and that means keeping things in their own folders.

Here is the method I use:

1. Join the best Safelists

2.Create folders in your bookmarks labeled like this:
week 1
week 2
week 3
week 4

Then login to each of your Safelists and save the url in one of the folders.
For example you belong to mailyourlist, after you login you save it to folder week 1.
You do this for all the Safelists you are a member of, I have about 8 + Safelists per folder and I keep adding more.

Each Safelist has it’s own number of days you can send mail on, some are every 3 days other every 7 days.
With this method you don’t have to remember anything, you just go to the folder and try to send mail. If you can’t on that day just try the next list.

You can also create a spreadsheet listing the safelists and how often you can mail them, that way you know which you have mailed to and which you can mail to now. There are so many you wont run out check my resources page for the best ones. Sometimes the small ones are better as they are not receiving a million ads a day like the ones with big number of members.

I also am an upgraded member of some of these lists, they charge you an yearly fee but you can mail to more members and you can mail out more often which gives you more exposure. I put those list’s URLS in another folder marker week 5 paid then I know I can mail out at least to those lists if I am short on time. This way you will have emailed at least 5000+ members every couple of days or more.

This method gives you quick access to the lists because the URLS and passwords are already saved in those folders.

Now we have to address the email you will be using as the CONTACT EMAIL and the LIST EMAIL. The list email is the one that all the other members you are emailing will be sending you their offers.The contact email is the email that the list owners will use to contact you and send you some ads too now and then.

You should use Gmail.com for email addresses that you will use for a Safelist or other junk communications. Gmail has many great features that help you stay organized and also run through your email fast. The most important part is that you will not have any bounced emails because you will have a lot of space. So go there and get about 3 email addresses so you can use for joining the lists.For the contact email you can create just one email address and use that for all the lists you join.

USING GMAIL TO MANAGE YOUR SAFELIST EMAILS:

After you have signed up for the GMAIL addresses you can sign up to some Safelists. Then go to the first email address you used and do the following:

Check to see if you have received any emails from the list, if you did click on the email and read it. Then Click the MORE tab and scroll down to the FILTER MESSAGES LIKE

THESE option, you will get a pop up that shows the email from address. On the bottom on the right side you will see a link that says CREATE FILTER WITH THIS SEARCH

click that link.When it opens place a CHECK on the following choices SKIP THE INBOX, APPLY THE LABEL,NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM. Then on the choose label choice click it and choose create new

label, there you put in the safelist name then click the box at the bottom that says ALSO APPLY FILTER TO MATCHING CONVERSATIONS and click CREATE FILTER.

After doing this you will see that all the email for that list has been moved to the folder you created. All mail coming from that list will go there instead of the inbox, keeping it clean and neat. You do this for every list that you joined and when you go read the emails to get credits you can go to the list you want to get credits in and read as many emails as you want and then delete the rest, because there will always be too many to read them all. I usually read 50 emails per safelist daily so I have enough credits to send out mail in all the lists.
